Goldean Lowe, MA BCBA LBA, is a distinguished Behavioral Analyst in Maui, HI, renowned for her unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of her patients. With a passion for behavioral analysis and clinical expertise, Goldean is a true leader in healthcare. Her MA research focused on Trauma-Informed Care, and her clinical counseling work has been instrumental in addressing Mood Anxiety and Psychosis for Children, Youth, and Families. Beyond her clinical work, Goldean is deeply engaged in sustainable farming practices and has a history of international volunteering. As a co-founder of Akua SEVA, she brings her extensive knowledge and dedication to the mission of restoring Maui's cultural and ecological heritage. Her strong connections within local communities and her commitment to patient well-being underscore her contributions to both the field of medicine and the success of Akua SEVA.
Brent B Pyeatt brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a master's degree in fine arts to his role at Akua Seva. His journey took a profound turn when he established his own micro bakery, becoming an entrepreneur with a heart for community. Brent has actively supported environmental causes, including the preservation of the Stanislaus River, and has served hot meals to those displaced by the Lahaina wildfires. His spiritual upbringing and education have shaped his belief that ecological values must start with cultivating an "ecology of consciousness." Brent's passion for sustainability, cultural preservation, and community leadership is a driving force behind Akua Seva's mission.
